Our Sales Department is open from 9am to 8pm Monday - Friday, and Saturday 9am to 6pm.  We can also assist you online at www.idealyundai.com

The Service Department will be open 7:30am to 7pm Monday - Friday, and 8am to 4pm on Saturday.

Parts Hours are 7:30am to 6pm Monday - Friday, and 8am to 4pm on Saturday.

The service waiting area is open. Please call ahead to ensure that we are not working reduced hours.

The health and safety of our customers, our associates, our partners, and our local community are of upmost importance to us. We are in astonishing times and never before have we had to delicately balance the health and wellbeing of our staff, our guests and our community against the critical role that we play in ensuring transportation remains available.

 

Below are the following steps that Carlisle Cadillac is taking to ensure our dealership is a safe and healthy place to visit.

 

Because the virus spreads easily from person to person, we are actively following the cleaning and sanitizing guidelines put out by the CDC. Our dealership is being sanitized daily to minimize the risk of infection. This includes doors, doorknobs, bathrooms, customer lounge, phones, keyboards, and more. We are also doing our best possible to sanitize our customers vehicles the best we can while they are in our possession.

 

While our dealership still remains open, if you do not feel comfortable coming in. You can view our large inventory of new and used vehicles at www.cadillaccarlisle.com and can complete much of the buying process without entering the dealership.

 

We are now offering home delivery and pickup services for new car purchases, service customers, and parts & accessories under select situations.   If you do not feel comfortable coming into the dealership then let us come to you and provide you with our exceptional level of service at your home.  Vehicles picked up and delivered will also have the steering wheel, handles, and knobs sanitized to ensure our customers and staff’s safety.

 

We are all in this together and together we will come through this challenging time. We promise to do our best to keep our dealership a safe place to visit.
